My name is Helen and I am the owner and founder of Helen’s Office Virtual Administration and Event Planning which is Based in Wrexham near Farndon on the English border, near the City of Chester.

I have had over 22 years administration experience working mainly with Microsoft Word and Excel in a range of businesses from Farm Business Consultancy, The Inland Revenue, The National Health Service, a local Bank and most recently a Pharmaceutical Supplier – having been with the latter for over 16 years.

During my time at the National Health Service I attended college to pursue my NVQ’s, typing and word processing qualifications, all of which I passed with flying colours.

It was after my son was born in 2011 that I decided I wanted to work part-time to enable me to spend more time at home during those crucial years. When he went to full-time school in 2015 I started to think about working from home.

I finally decided to take the plunge and launch the website in 2015.  It has taken months and months of research and planning to get where I am today and I have not looked back!

What We Provide

 

Helen’s Office provides General Administration, Typing Services and Event and Travel Planning for businesses and individuals.  You may need urgent help late at night and have no-one to help you – WE CAN.  You may need a calendar or quick spreadsheet designing maybe it is a budget spreadsheet or an invoice?

You only pay for the time you need meaning there are no pension, national insurance, holiday pay, sickness pay or expensive Agency Fees to pay for.

Available hours are subject to change so please keep an eye on the calendar.  Overnight, weekend, 24, 12 hours turnaround are also available at an extra charge. Helen’s Office aims to provide the most flexible, friendly and efficient service we can to as many people as possible.

Whatever your needs we have lots of affordable payment options and packages available.  If you do not see something that suits you we can even create you a custom package – nothing is too much trouble.

On ordering your first service, you will be set up with your own personal account which means you can access a private area of the site dedicated to your orders.  Here you can view your account and payment information securely.

There is a unique booking calendar available which you can use to select hourly slots, which guarantee your purchased time will be spent solely on your order.

Please check our offers page (coming soon), which is regularly updated.  These may include Christmas discounts, discounts for first time customers and loyalty offers and will change frequently.

Helen’s Office typically uses the Microsoft Office Package which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Access.  We also use Google Docs and Sheets.

Your data and files will always be stored securely and privately (for more information please see out Terms and Conditions and privacy Policy).  You will be required to acknowledge you have received and read these prior to the commencement of any work.

We accept Paypal and BACS sorry no cheques accepted.
